Project Forum: London, UK, 21 April 2026
Now that Project Challenge has stopped running, there was a gap where the free exhibition, networking and learning event used to be. House of PMO has stepped into the gap to collaborate with vendors in the space and sponsors to put on a brand new free industry event.
Project Forum is at the Business Design Centre, a great venue in north London. I’ll be running a Birds of a Feather session on managing multiple projects.
EVA in the UK: London, UK, 28 April 2026
EVA in the UK is Steve Wake’s annual flagship event held at the beautiful Armourer’s Hall in London. I’ve attended several times, and the unique agenda, small audience and opportunities for real connection make it definitely worth going.
APM Project Management Conference: Manchester, UK, 29-30 April 2026
The APM PM Conference will have a theme of The Power of Clarity. the APM Project Management Conference will explore how truth, transparency and foresight, brings clarity to projects and is a key driver of success.
This is the APM’s flagship event and it will be great!
European Strategic Portfolio Management in Life Sciences Conference: London, UK, 14-15 May 2026
This PPM conference is focused on Project, Program, and Portfolio Management for Pharma & Biotech. The main takeaways will be about leveraging technologies for improved decision making, smarter portfolios, stronger projects and of course speakers will be talking about the role of AI.
PMO Conference UK: London, UK, 17-18 June 2026
Completely focused on all things PMO, the two-day PMO Conference from House of PMO features expert speakers, an exhibition with PMO products and services, plus the chance to connect with other professionals in the industry. The event is combined with PMOLearn! again this year.
I’ve spoken at a previous conference about Stakeholder Engagification. My presentation looked at the differences between management and engagement in a project-led environment and provide practical tips for “doing” engagement and encouraging participation through game mechanics.
