Project Management Conferences in Europe 2026
Looking for project management conferences in Europe to attend? We have compiled a list specific to Europe for events where you can network with other project managers and improve your skills.
We also have lists for project management conferences in the US and Canada and project management conferences in the UK, Asia, and Oceania.

Agile Austria: Graz, Austria, 29-30 January 2026
Billed as ‘more than a conference’ (aren’t they all, these days?) and ‘Agility Beyond the Buzz’, Agile Austria brings together people who don’t want to tick boxes, but to reshape what agility means. Two days full of practical insights, open discussions and meaningful questions – with perspectives from business, IT, education, leadership and coaching.

PPM Summit: Barcelona, Spain, 24-25 February 2026
The 32nd European Pharma and Biotech Project, Program and Portfolio Management Conference comes to Barcelona. If you’re working in biotech, clinical or pharma projects, this is the event to be at.
There is also an event in Basel in April, Stockholm in June and Frankfurt in November, if those are closer for you.

PMI Sweden Passion for Projects: Stockholm, Sweden, 9-10 March 2026
The PMI Sweden Chapter holds this annual event with inspiring speakers, professional colleagues, and companies in different sectors gathered with the goal of sharing their knowledge and experience in project, portfolio, and program management. This year it’s their 15th anniversary!

Regional Scrum Gathering: Lisbon, Portugal, 21 May 2026
The global Scrum gathering isn’t in Europe this year but you can still attend the regional event. Join with local agilists in this event curated by the Scrum Alliance.
IPMA Senet: Belgrade, Serbia, 28-30 May 2026
This annual event hosted by IPMA will be held in Belgrade this year with the theme of Beyond Success: Happiness and Wellbeing in the Project Environment. Discover the latest trends, innovations, and best practices in project management especially with a focus on team culture and wellbeing.

IRNOP Conference 2026: Delft, Netherlands, 2-6 June 2026
The IRNOP Conference will be held in Delft this year. IRNOP is the International Research Network on Organizing by Projects, a loose network of researchers founded in 1993, but it’s expanded since then to include scholars from countries all over the world. This is the event to be at if you are interested in the academic aspect of project management and organization of work in temporary structures.
Women within Project Portfolio Management: Dublin, Ireland, 16 September 2026
This women in project management event has morphed into Women Within Project Portfolio Management this year, and is later in the year than it has been in previous years. The event has changed it’s name so it’s not confused with the WIPM UK event, and I think the new WWPPM acronymn is great!

Regional Scrum Gathering: Brussels, Belgium, 8-9 October 2026
There is another regional Scrum event, curated by the Scrum Alliance, this year, and you can join that in October in the wonderful city of Brussels. Spending time with other people who get the challenges and successes you are also going through is a great way to feel connected to your professional and the wider community of practitioners.
PM-Summit 2025: Dusseldorf, Germany, 17-18 November 2026
The PM-Summit 2026 by the PMI Germany Chapter e.V. is the event for everyone who wants to get to know and actively shape the future of project management. The project management community will meet in Dusseldorf to discuss innovations, trends, and best practices. I’m expecting this event to be in German.
ACE Conference: Poland, 20-21 May 2027
Looking ahead to 2027 you can keep an eye on the ACE Conference, which isn’t happening in 2026. It’s focused on building better software. They have two tracks:
