Check out AppSumo’s Black Friday week of sales on their 15 best deals. They often offer small business tools and CRM platforms and I am big fan of what they offer.
Legal-proof your business
If you run a small business like me, you need to make sure you’ve got all the legal stuff in place: contracts, protection, terms and conditions on your website etc. I’m a member of Suzanne Dibble’s Legal Academy and recently she’s added modules on coronavirus business survival, employment and company administration but mostly I’ve used the GDPR pack and the coaches and consultants module along with the Ts&Cs stuff for operating online enterprises.
