Project Communications: Take the Survey
Project communications are hard.
There are multiple stakeholders, different views on how things should be done, different channels to use, and no one has the time to do anything any longer.
I believe that project managers have had to move into the space that used to be filled by internal communications or change managers.
Those roles still exist and support large projects, but many smaller or internal projects don’t get that support, so as project managers, we step in to fill the gap.
That’s what I’m researching at the moment, and I’d love to hear how it is for you, communicating your project. The short survey below will let you tell me what challenges you face. Skip any questions you don’t want to answer, and add as much detail as you like where you have more to say!
I appreciate any and all answers, and at the end, there is a project communications health check spreadsheet you can download, plus a worked example so you can see how to use it to assess the comms maturity on your project. You don’t even need to leave your email address, but if you do, I’ll send you the survey results when they are available.
Thanks in advance! (And please share with your teams!)
